CHRISTMAS PURCHASES - EXCHANGE POLICY

Customers  have until January 6th, 2020 for an exchange or store credit. Tags and  packaging must be intact on unworn items, with original receipt.

Please note: Clearance items are FINAL SALE.

Return Policy

 Due  to the nature of a small business we  do not offer refunds  , however we will be happy to issue a store credit or an exchange on unworn product  within 14 days with your receipt, tags, and packaging attached. Shoes must not show any wear or tear and must be in original packaging and/or  box. Please note that all clearance items are final sale. 


*Due to health and safety regulations the following items are final sale: tights, undergarments, hair products, and make-up.*

We do Special Orders

 If  there is an item you are looking for that we do not carry or have your size we will be happy to bring it in for you as a special order. Please note that all special orders are a final sale, there is no exchange or store credit, and all special order items must be paid in full before the order will be placed.  

Phone Orders

We are happy to process phone orders!

Full  payment will be required for items over the phone in order to have  someone else pick them up OR we are happy to ship out orders anywhere in  Canada.


We  ship all orders by Canada Post unless otherwise specified. Shipping and  handling costs will vary based on the order size. Minimum shipping and  handling charge is $10.
