Due to the nature of a small business we do not offer refunds , however we will be happy to issue a store credit or an exchange on unworn product within 7 days with your receipt, tags, and packaging attached. Please note that all clearance items are final sale.

Before leaving the boutique please make sure you are purchasing the correct size. If you need to exchange a size, only unworn shoes will be excepted with tags attached, in original box. Tap Shoes with scratched taps will not be accepted.
*Due to health and safety regulations the following items are final sale: tights, undergarments, socks, hats, hair products, scrunchies, make-up, turning shoes (any shoes worn with bare feet), lashes, foot spray and face masks.*
If there is an item you are looking for that we do not carry or have your size we will be happy to bring it in for you as a special order. Please note that all special orders are a final sale, there is no exchange or store credit, and all special order items must be paid in full before the order will be placed.

Full payment will be required for items over the phone in order to have someone else pick them up OR we are happy to ship out orders anywhere in Canada.
We ship all orders by Canada Post unless otherwise specified. Shipping and handling costs will vary based on the order size. Minimum shipping and handling charge is $15.
